JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specification as set by central kitchen
- Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift
- Cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organization skills
- As understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all of equipment in the station assist with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storages areas.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the CDP, Sous chef at any time.
Requirements
- Minimum age 30 years old
- Graduate minimum high School at any major.
- Having at least 2 years experience on the same fields from Chinese food or Japanese food backgrounds.
- High integrity, Hard worker, Communicative, and Loyal
- Can work under pressure and Able to work based on the target
- Team player and can work independent
- Placement in Bogor(Botani Square)
