- Responsible for all food and beverage production and service for the restaurant.
- Directly supervise the Chefs, Restaurant Spv, Beverage Spv and Outlet Spv of our 2 other outlets.
- Plan and implement budgets.
- Hire, train and supervise subordinates.
- Apply relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of guests are consistently exceeded.
- Establish quantity and quality output standards for personnel in all positions within the restaurant.
- Greet guests and oversees actual service on a routine basis.
- Develop on going professional development and training programs for service and bar personnel.
- Review and approve invoices and material request before submitting to the finance and accounting department.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Manager specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Have excellent social networking skill.
