JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  2. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specification as set by central kitchen
  3. Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift
  4. Cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organization skills
  5. As understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all of equipment in the station assist with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storages areas.
  6. Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the CDP, Sous chef at any time.

Requirements

  • Minimum age 30 years old
  • Graduate minimum high School at any major.
  • Having at least 2 years experience on the same fields from Chinese food or Japanese food backgrounds.
  • High integrity, Hard worker, Communicative, and Loyal
  • Can work under pressure and Able to work based on the target
  • Team player and can work independent
  • Placement in Bogor(Botani Square)
