Specifically responsible to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair reported software or hardware problems for overseas Raptor customers (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, etc).
Job Description
- Resolve software or hardware problems reported by Raptor customers via email or phone.
- Document and report problems and resolution to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with local support engineers to solve the issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in related field (IT or Communication).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably female.
- Good English communication skill.
- Great attitude, have interest in IT (hardware & software), have initiative, diligent, meticulous, and willing to learn.
