STAFF QUALITY CONTROL

Responsibilities:

• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards
• Create tests for quality control of products
• Direct assembly adjustments to ensure opera tions reflect quality standards
• Monitor production operations to ensure con formance to company specifications
• Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
• Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products
• Adheres to all company safety, environmental standards, and OSHA standards.
• Has the responsibility to perform chemical analyses and control the chemical variables for Titanium Anodizing and Electropolishing process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a quality con trol inspector in the same industry preferred
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
• 1 year experience in QA QC Dept.
• Requires visual acuity (corrected) to inspect precision machined parts clo sely to ensure that they meet specifi cations
• Nontechnical required: analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication skill.
• Responsible for maintaining electropolishing and titanium anodizing baths.
• Min Edu. Bachelor Degree in chemi cal engineering or related field
