JOB REQUIREMENT
- Male, Max. 40 years old.
- At least 5 years experience in managerial position in engineering of manufacturing industry.
- S1 graduate in Engineering from reputable university are preferable.
- Having experience to manage all engineering systems such as production eng, new project development, workshop and tooling control.
- Knowledge of PCL work, basics of micro controllers work, and mechatronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric motor.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
- Ability to have a high sense of urgency, positive attitude, attention to details and able to interact effectively with all levels.
- Fluent in English is a must (both oral or written), fluent in Japanese is an advantage.
- Hard worker, independent and having strong leadership.
- Having strong willingness to work hard and under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing and lead engineers, scientists and technicians who design machinery, and oversee production and quality control.
