Urgent needed Purchasing staff
Job Description :
- Responsible for purchasing goods and services
- Responsible for planning goods and services needs
- Responsible for deciding among altenative suppliers
- Support operations in quality and timely manner
- Establishing and maintain supplier relations
- Setup, manage, and maintain supplier contracts according to the procurement policy
- With ability to do cost analysis and take lead in price negotiations, detailed contracts knowledge, and understanding of legal terms
- Able to communicate and connect with internal users
Reqruitements :
- Female
- Maximum 26 years old
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Bachelor Degree, preferably from Economic background
- Fluent in english (oral and written)
- Good computer literate (Ms. Excel & Ms. Office is a must)
- Having excellent logical and analytical thinking
- Self motivated, negotiation skill and proactive
- Hard worker, high integrity, and work under preassure
- Willing to be placed in Bogor, West java
