STAFF QUALITY CONTROL

Responsibilities:
- Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Create tests for quality control of products
- Direct assembly adjustments to ensure opera tions reflect quality standards
- Monitor production operations to ensure con formance to company specifications
- Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
- Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products
- Adheres to all company safety, environmental standards, and OSHA standards.
- Has the responsibility to perform chemical analyses and control the chemical variables for Titanium Anodizing and Electropolishing process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a quality con trol inspector in the same industry preferred
- Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
- 1 year experience in QA QC Dept.
- Requires visual acuity (corrected) to inspect precision machined parts clo sely to ensure that they meet specifi cations
- Nontechnical required: analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication skill.
- Responsible for maintaining electropolishing and titanium anodizing baths.
- Min Edu. Bachelor Degree in chemi cal engineering or related field
