Sales Executive
( Kode : SE )
Requirement :
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree from Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Management or any field are welcome
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales or marketing in F&B related to this position
- Required skill : Good looking, interpersonal, negotiaton, presentation, target oriented, love to make new relationship, high communication skills, networking
- Have an interest in food and beverage
- Good attitude (friendly and responsible)
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English
Job Descriptions :
- Managing Sales Activities
- Searching and sourching New Tenant (Premium Tenant)
- Evaluate All Tenant every 3 Month from Sales, etc
- Presentations and demonstrations to make sales
- Develops new marketing stategies, advertising, promotional materials
- Listening and understanding to costumer requirements and needs
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing tenant in person and via telephone and emails to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
