CHEF DE PARTIE
Requirements:
- Muslim
- Male, maximum age 35
- Always do praying activity 5 times a day
- Minimum 2 years experiences as a Chef de Partie
- Having experience in Indonesian Food and Dessert
- Having a good knowledge about HACCP quality management
- Strong leadership and hard working
- Delligent, honest, good attitude, high responsibility and integrity
- Open minded, positive, open door for changing and improvement as a kitchen designer, a good team player and fairly to all kitchen staff
- Able to communicate well with all staff of food and beverage department
- Proficient with Microsoft office and Internet
- Preferably to having a motor cycle
- Preferably domicile in Bogor City

Job Description:
- Responsible to follow up all the instruction from the Executive Chef to organize and set up kitchen operational
- Take a responsible in supervising and training for all kitchen team
- Follow up standard recipe, photo manual for all food products, create and implement new product with the latest standard
- Make a weekly working schedule in kitchen as the planning ahead
- Discuss with Executive Chef about the operational problem, improvement, and other important thing which related to kitchen operational
- Instructs steward in cleaning schedule program each shift
- Spot check on each shift productivity
- Report to Excecutive Chef for all food requisition
- Check the slow moving items in store room to be upsell in new ingredient menu
- Motivate all kitchen staff in daily briefing and conduct weekly meeting to improve kitchen operational
- Produce the top quality, freshness, proper portion control on each food items from the kitchen
- Control the sanitation and hygiene standard from all kit
