The township is licensed to develop 3,100 ha of land. It has a remaining land bank of some 1,600 ha and together with Sentul Nirwana with approximately 13,500 ha of land bank, and the new Serpong Natura, Sentul City is poised to gain substantial market share of the estimated 1.8 million new homes that are required in the Jabodetabek area within the next ten years.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree, majoring in management or any major from reputable university.
- Male/ female in age of 23 – 30
- Minimum 2 years related working experiences in Property or any related industry.
- Experience in administration Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB)
- Ability to foster a cooperative working environment
- Ability to handle work underpressure
- Willing to be based in Sentul CIty
