*HUMAN RESOURCES & DEVELOPMENT STAFF (HRD Staff)*
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible all HRD activities
- Responsible in recuitment, employment and placement of new employees
- Responsible in payroll, insurance and employee absences
- Maintain the company’s compensation system to ensure fair and equitable pay rates
- Maintain structure of organization of company
- Handle job analysis and makes job description
- Responsible for matters relating to the activities of government and industrial development
Requirements:
- Female
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Candidate must prossess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology/Law
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position, especially in HR position
- Familiar with General Affairs matters and human resouces management
- Experience designing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Easy going, high integrity and problem solver
- Excellent commucation skill, leadership skill and negotiation skill
- Fluent in English; oral and written
- Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java and willing to travel for duty
*PRODUCTS RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT STAFF (R&D Staff)*
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new products, products improvement and ensure all products developing following the standard quality.
- Have strong R&D long term planning/process innovation.
- Understand and handling the regulation of food and beverages
- Knowledge of bakery and pastry ingredients formula is an advantage
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Candidate must prossess at least a Bachelor’s Degree , Food Science and Technology with minimum GPA 3.00
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position, especially in Bakery & Pastry Ingredients Manufactures
- Having good analytical thinking and leadership skill
- Innovative thinker and problem solver with creative flair and a passion for Bakery and Pastry Ingredients
- Willing to be place in Bogor, West Java and Willing to travel for duty
