PPIC MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end PPIC operation
- Coordinating with Marketing & Sales Department in order to breakdown company target as well as productions planning execution
- Handling processes and systems efficiently, implement cost-saving measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure key performance indicator targets are achieved and leading the team for continuous improvement
- Organizing annual budget and it’s execution (in terms of production planning & inventory cotrol areas)
Requirements:
- Male maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in pharmacy (industrial / mechanical / chemical), mathematics, food technology, or equivalent from reputable university
- Having experience in PPIC min. 10 years
- Mastering ERP system
- Having good knowledge in Oracle will be advantage
- Preferably Assistant Manager specializing in manufacturing / production operation or equivalent
- Organized, self motivated, high driven, and possess good initiative
- Focused on detail, result oriented, and capacity to work independently
- Willing to be placed in Bogor
