Business Development (BD)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, single, maximum 30 years old
- Have more than 3 years of Marketing and New Business Development experiences, preferably in the relevant industry, such us Hospitality, Recreation Area and F&B
- Graduate from Business Management, Marketing or related field
- Good looking.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
- Fast learner, creative and could bring fresh idea
- Keen on global update and market trends
- Strong communication skill. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Sales oriented quipped with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Knowledge in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point is fundamental
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the growth of business development
- Prospect and plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to potential client’s objectives
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Creating weekly/monthly creative event that meets current trends
- Work with partner to fulfill events or exhibition
- Own the marketing event budget and make conscientious and calculated decisions on marketing spend
- Liaise with event sponsors to support the success of company event
- Responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of marketing activities
