BAR LEADER (AP)
Job Description :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s) : Bartender, Mixology, Barkeeping, Inventory, Leadership, Cost Control.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specializad in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Your responsibilities would include :
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the inside and outside bars
- Managing, training and scheduling the bartender staff
- Participating as a bartender yourself
- Managing the budget, costs and inventory
- Developing cocktail menus
Requirement :
- Bar and coctail experience required
- Candidates must have good costumer service skills and a hospitable demeanor
- Good verbal communication skills are required
- Experience working in a restaurant environment required
