BUILDING CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering from reputable university
  • Male, in her/ his age of 30 – 45
  • Minimum 10 years related working experience in Property Developer
  • Experience with building/ land permit, building landscape, company regulation
  • A dynamic team player, having sense of responsibility and urgency, able to work under pressure, resourceful, detailed person, hands on, flexible on considering different realities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate
